By order of the legal representative of the company from 01.03.2021, a set of internal rules for the protection of personal data has been approved, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), in order to regulate the organizational and technical measures taken by the company.
The basic concepts that the Compendium deals with should be clear to users, so we set them out briefly as follows:
