By order of the legal representative of the company dated March 1, 2021, a Collection of Internal Rules for the Protection of Personal Data has been approved, in implementation of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), in order to regulate the organizational and technical measures taken by the company.
The basic concepts that the Collection deals with should be clear to users, therefore we present them briefly, as follows:

- "supervisory authority" means an independent public body established by the Republic of Bulgaria by an act of law.
