Our commitment
In fulfillment of the requirements of The Measures Against Money Laundering Act (MAMLA) and the normative acts thereto, we at “Home Life Point” have taken specific actions to prevent the use of our services for money laundering and terrorist financing.
Measures we are taking:
- Client Identification – Upon establishing business relations, we perform mandatory client identification, in accordance with Art. 53 of the AMLA.
- Collection of information about the beneficial owner – Where applicable, we identify the beneficial owner of the funds.
- Risk assessment – We classify clients by risk levels and apply enhanced measures when high-risk circumstances are present.
- Document storage – We maintain client files and archive all documents in accordance with legal requirements.
- Staff training – Our team regularly undergoes training on the application of AML/CFT regulations.
